Prose Poems

In a way, I write prose poems. Short jabs of non-fiction. A few words indicating where my thoughts are, where they may take me. Like a poem in that in few words, I do what? Do I communicate adequately in my terse interjections? Need I go into more detail? Can I? Does it suit me? Does it even matter? For now, I do not know. I just write these short posts and hope for the best, assuming they will lead me somewhere, that they will take on some life of their own, that some day, some how, I may weave them into a greater whole. Perhaps, and then, perhaps not. Perhaps this blog is simply what it is and nothing more. These posts, these few words written here and there, communicate my thoughts as I have them, as I pull them out of my head and onto the page.

Hi Kitt, I also live with bipolar disorder. I too hope to bring this malady to a wider audience. ~ Dennis
